句子的種類

詞序
1. 如非必要，句子一定是：S + V + 其他要素。
2. 除 be 動詞外，其他動詞不能直接搬到句首。
3. 當疑問句 do/does/did 等助動詞為句首時，動詞會變成原形。
4. 實際的詞序受上下文與語調的左右。



基本的句子種類
1. 直述句，以 not 來造否定句：
a. be 動詞( am, are, is, has, ...)：be 動詞 + not
b. 一般助動詞( do / does / did )：do / does / did + not + 原形動詞
c. 含助動詞( can, will,  need, must, should, ...)：助動詞 + not

2. 疑問句：
a. 含 be 動詞( am, are, is, has, ...)的疑問句。回答方式：Yes, I am. / No, I'm not.
b. 含一般助動詞( do / does / did )的疑問句。回答方式：Yes, I do. / No, I don't.
c. 含助動詞( can, will,  need, must, should, ...)的疑問句。回答方式：Yes, I can / No, I can't.
d. 疑問詞：who, what, which, when, where, why, how (又稱 WH 問句)。
e. 以疑問詞為句首的疑問句，不能用 Yes / No 來回答。(13章詳解)。
f. 當疑問詞為句子的主詞：疑問詞 + 動詞。
g. 當疑問詞不是句子的主詞：疑問詞 + be 動詞 / 助動詞 + 動詞。

3. 祈使句：
a. 以動詞的原形為開頭，原則上主詞不會出現在句子。
b. 否定的祈使句：Don't [ Do not ] + 原形動詞。
c. 例句：
Be careful!
Wait for me.
Don't be so noisy!
Don't worry.
d. 祈使句的句首或句尾 + please 時，please 要加 "，"。
e Let's 的否定格式為：Let's not ...。
f. 例句：
Open the door, please.
Pass me the salt, will you?
Let's take a break.
Let's not talk about it.

4. 感嘆句：
a. 感嘆句的句首通常是 How, What，句尾加上 !
b. 強調形容詞的感嘆句：How + Adj + S + V
c. 強調副詞的感嘆句：How + Adv + S + V
d. 強調 < Adj + N > 的意思：What a/an + < Adj + N > + S + V ( 以 What a/an 開頭的感嘆句，有時會省略形容詞 )。
e. 感嘆句經常會省略 < S + V > 的部分。
f. 例句：
Don't pick these flowers.
Be quiet in the library.
How fast that teacher specks!
What an easy problem  this is!
